LendingHome, a company that provides loans and financing solutions to real estate investors, hired me to help build their content strategy, specifically an SEO-focused blog. Using target customer insights, personas, and audience behaviors, I wrote a series of example posts that I then used to brief and manage a team of contributing copywriters. I continued to add to our content needs list using various tools — social listening, customer feedback, and keyword research tool Semrush.
