Square hired me to lead the development and production of a whimsical stop-motion video series for use across .com, digital, and social. I collaborated with growth and product teams to write scripts, shaped the creative vision with a director, and managed the entire production end-to-end—hiring crew, producing on set, overseeing the budget, directing the art department, guiding post-production, and coordinating asset delivery with internal stakeholders.
